Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Adximize Ltd. Şti. ("Adximize", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the website at adximize.com, the API at api.adximize.com and related services (together, the "Services").
1. Who we are
Adximize Ltd. Şti. is the data controller for the Services. You can contact us at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. Contact details such as your name, email address and company name when you contact us or request access to the Services.
Usage information. Technical data such as IP address, request timestamps, the API endpoints called, request parameters (for example keywords, locations and languages) and error logs. We use this to operate, secure and improve the Services.
Information received from Google APIs. When a Google account is connected through Google OAuth, we receive an OAuth access token and refresh token for the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope, the Google Ads customer IDs that the account is authorized to access, and keyword planning data returned by the Google Ads API. This data includes keyword ideas, average monthly search volumes, historical search trends, competition levels and estimated bid ranges.
3. How we use information received from Google APIs
We use Google Ads API data only to provide and improve the user-facing keyword research features of the Services. Specifically, we use it to:
- generate keyword ideas and retrieve search volume, trend, competition and bid estimate data;
- display or return that data to authorized users of the Services;
- temporarily cache keyword planning results to reduce repeated requests and stay within Google Ads API quotas.
We do not use Google user data to make changes to advertising campaigns, budgets or billing in any Google Ads account. We do not access campaign performance, billing or personal information of advertisers beyond what is needed for keyword planning requests.
Limited Use disclosure. Adximize's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Sharing of Google user data
We do not sell, rent or trade Google user data. We do not share it with third parties except:
- with infrastructure providers that host our servers, strictly to operate the Services and under confidentiality obligations;
- when required by applicable law, regulation or a valid legal process;
- as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with prior notice to affected users.
We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising. We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your explicit consent, it is necessary for security purposes (for example investigating abuse), it is required to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
5. Data storage and security
OAuth tokens and credentials are stored on secured servers, outside of public web directories, and access is restricted to authorized personnel. All traffic to the Services is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Keyword planning results are cached for a limited time (generally no longer than 30 days) and then deleted or refreshed.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep usage logs for up to 12 months and cached Google Ads API data for up to 30 days. OAuth tokens are kept until access is revoked. You can revoke Adximize's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. You can also ask us to delete your data by emailing [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Cookies
The adximize.com website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only technically necessary cookies may be used to operate the Services.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
9. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to users where appropriate.
