These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at adximize.com, the API at api.adximize.com and related services (together, the "Services") provided by Adximize Ltd. Şti. ("Adximize", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Adximize provides keyword research and advertising insight tools, including keyword ideas, search volume estimates, historical trends, competition levels and bid estimates. Some data is obtained through the Google Ads API.

2. Accounts and API access

Access to the API requires credentials issued by Adximize, such as an API key. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under them. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services in violation of any law or third-party rights;
• exceed rate limits, circumvent usage restrictions or interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute the Services or their data without our prior written consent;
• use the Services in a way that violates the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions or Google Ads policies;
• reverse engineer, scrape or copy the Services except as permitted by law.

4. Data accuracy

Keyword data, search volumes, trends and bid estimates are estimates provided by third-party sources, including Google. They are offered for planning purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or the results of any advertising campaign.

5. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party services such as the Google Ads API. Your use of data from those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the availability or changes of third-party services.

6. Fees

Certain features may be offered for a fee under a separate agreement or order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, text and logos, are owned by Adximize or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if needed to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adximize will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
